2.Private Sale:

• Price: 1 ZKSol = 0.09 USD

• Target Funding: 4,500,000 USD

• Participants: Private investors, crypto funds, industry leaders

• Lock-up period: 6 months (linear release)

Private rounds are geared towards larger crypto funds and industry leaders and are slightly more expensive than seed rounds, but still attractive. The lock-up period is shorter for investors looking for returns in the medium term.

3.Pre-sale：

• Supply: 100,000,000 ZKSol (10%)

• Price: 1 ZKSol = 0.1 USD

• Target Financing: 10,000,000 USD

• Participants: Public investors, community members

• Lock-up period: None

The Public Offering Round is open to all public investors at a price of 0.1 USD, and there is no lock-up period during this phase so that the tokens can be freely circulated on exchanges to increase market liquidity.
